Toward Health and Brain Breakthroughs
As you are no doubt aware, there are many benefits to questioning our culture’s food narratives and choosing whole, organic, plant-sourced foods.
We like to honor the tremendous efforts of Dr. John McDougall, who recently passed and spent 50 years discovering, illuminating, educating, and inspiring countless people to become more conscious about their food choices. He was a good friend of ours and a light in our world, and to his credit, he also expanded his message in his later years to include not just the physical health benefits of plant-sourced eating and living, but also the positive environmental impacts and the reduction of animal suffering as well.
May this inner spark of compassion and wisdom continue to be fed and nourished in our world, and along the same lines, we are glad to see that our remarkable colleagues, Drs. Ayesha and Dean Sherzai, will be offering a free master class on brain health and you can pick your class from today until Sunday evening.
Drs. Dean and Ayesha understand the powerful beneficial effects of a whole-food, organic vegan way of eating and living, and combine this with other helpful insights and exercises so that we can all keep sharp, healthy minds well into our 90s and beyond.
Their best-selling book, The Alzheimers Solution, helped not only my own mother, but has benefitted tens of thousands of other people as well. It’s hard to think of anything more critical than the health of our brain. You can find out more and get an online seat here.
This is information that can help your loved ones, yourself, animals, and future generations. It’s also good to be aware that we are being subjected to an increasing array of harmful chemicals in our food, water, air, and in medications and injections, and it’s essential to be proactive to protect ourselves and our loved ones.
As I discuss in my new book, Food for Freedom, there are enormous financial and control incentives for those who manage the meat-medical-pharmaceutical-media-banking complex to maximize chronic illness in the population. We are therefore called to be vigilant about all our choices, including to receive medications and injections. They are all tested on tortured animals, and the precipitous rise in SADS – Sudden Adult Death Syndrome – should make us all aware and more savvy. The sudden deaths of Dr. McDougall and countless others will hopefully free us from the culturally-imposed denial to do our best to question the mainstream medical narratives as well as the food narratives. The definition of intelligence is the ability to make connections and this is unfortunately under attack in our society today as never before.
Thanks for your questioning of everything, and for your efforts on behalf of a more conscious world!
